Your car cleaned properly, on your own drive.
Buster's Detailing is Danny, and Danny is the one who turns up. Water, power and trade products all travel on the van, so nothing is needed from you but somewhere to park it.
SIX JOBS
Six jobs, and what each one is for.
A price turns on the size of the car, the state it is in, and how far you want to take it. Ring with the make, the model and what is bothering you, and Danny gives you a figure before anything is booked in.
Maintenance washes
Two buckets, grit guards, a clean mitt. The point is to keep the paint out of harm rather than add a few more swirls every month.
Polish & wax
Tar, iron fallout and bonded grime come off first. Polishing dirty paint just grinds the dirt in, so that order matters.
Machine polish
A single-stage cut that lifts light swirls and the flat look older paint gets. Dark cars show the difference most.
Ceramic coating
A hard layer over paint that has been prepared for it. Water sheets off and washing takes half as long afterwards.
Interior deep clean
Seats and carpets extracted rather than brushed over. Trim, vents and glass done by hand afterwards.
Ozone treatment
An ozone generator breaks the smell down instead of covering it. Smoke, damp, dogs and whatever went off in the boot.
HOW IT GOES
Booked in three steps.
Every job goes in the same order once he is there: wash, decontaminate, correct, protect. Skip a stage and the next one seals in whatever you left behind.
Ring or message
The make, the model, and what is bothering you about it. You get a price on that call rather than after a visit.
He comes to you
House or workplace, whichever is easier. He needs a parking space and nothing else — the water and the power are on the van.
Walk round it
Have a proper look while he is still there. Anything missed gets put right before he packs up.
MEET DANNY
Just Danny, and that is the point.
Buster's Detailing is Danny, working on his own out of Halifax. The man who quotes the job is the man who does it, and he is still there when you come out to look at it.
He buys through the Duel Autocare trade network, so what goes on your paint is what the trade uses. Some cars take two hours and some take most of a day; he will say which yours is when he books it in, not when he is packing up.
Not sure whether he gets out to you? Ask when you ring.
REVIEWS
What Halifax drivers say.
Fifty-odd five-star reviews on Facebook, and they keep mentioning the same two things: that he turns up when he says he will, and that he is still there when you come out to look.
“Dan did a fantastic job. Punctual and hardworking.”
Graham — Halifax“Absolutely first class valet on my BMW convertible.”
Robert“Attention to detail, thorough and respectful.”
