What it comes to depends on the bread and what goes in it, which is why it's priced at the counter rather than off a board. Say what you're after when you ring and you'll have the figure before you set off.
If there's an allergy to work round, say so at the start of the order. It is far easier to sort before anything is made up than after.

Lunchtime is lunchtime. If you've only got half an hour, phone the order in and walk straight past the queue.
Give us the time you want it for, not the time you're ringing. A sandwich made at half twelve for a one o'clock pick-up is a better sandwich than one that has sat about.

A bit of notice helps on anything over a handful. Ten rounds at ten to one is a different proposition from ten rounds ordered at nine in the morning.
Vans and sites are the same job. Ring from the road, say when you'll be passing, and it can be bagged up ready for when you pull in.
