Ask anybody who orders here what they get and you hear the same three words back. The box is the one people name first. The chicken, the ribs and the chips all go the same way.
It is a fryer-then-wok job. Chopped chilli, onion and a dry seasoning, tossed hot and tipped straight into the box.
