Agents work from the check-in inventory, so the bar is how it looked the day you arrived, allowing for fair wear. Book the clean for once the van has gone. A place cleaned round boxes gets cleaned twice.

Where the time actually goes.
On a one-off, the kitchen and the bathroom swallow most of the day. Grease and limescale need soaking rather than scrubbing, so the order of work matters more than the effort.
